San Francisco, United States: Twitter and Facebook suspended Donald Trump’s accounts on Wednesday following allegations of inciting violence in the US Capitol, as social media responded to a scuffle by supporters in his baseless attacks on the integrity of the election.

This is an emergency situation, including the removal of President Trump’s video and we are taking appropriate emergency measures, said integrity Guy Rosen, Facebook’s vice president.
